    Brisbane, Logan and Moreton Bay from a single address.

Buyers make the biggest decision of their lives with half the public record in shadow. ROZH reads the planning overlays from council open data and says them in plain English, then lists the six things it refuses to answer.

  • Three files, not a feed.

    Rooms and size on the card; where a number is private, the page says so.

  • Four buttons, no typing.

    Citizenship, yield or a home: the site narrows to your reason and counts what still fits.

  • One message box, no fields.

    You write a sentence in your own words, and it opens in WhatsApp.

I built nine pages with no search box, no dropdowns and no tick boxes, then put the properties themselves on them, so the absence reads as a decision rather than a shortage.

    QBCC number, insurance and standards, before anything else.

  • A page per suburb.

    People search for an inspector where they are buying, not by company name.

  • Nothing waits to load.

    Every page arrives complete - quick on a phone, and legible to search engines.

HFT take no kickbacks from agents or builders. That independence is the reason to hire them, so I put it on the first screen instead of an about page.

    Six trades, one page, never two open at once.

Six trades across Brisbane, Logan and Ipswich, booked through one person instead of six. Every job ends on one statement, so I built the site around that sentence.
